Wow, it feels like only yesterday, but it's been almost exactly one year since we started the Instant Pot Eats website to share our pressure cooker recipes and inspiration with the Instant Pot community. The fame of the Instant Pot pressure cooker is spreading wide and far and we are so excited to be in the space where we can delight and encourage our readers to try new dishes and recipes.
