First of all, thank you for stopping by. If you’re new to the site, here is a little bit about who we are and what we do.
Instant Pot Eats is as a collaboration cooking and recipe blog, founded in 2016. We (the key authors) happened to get an Instant Pot around the same time and fell in love it. Most of us we have previously developed recipes for other blogs or have written online, so we decided to put our forces together and start a website dedicated to our favourite pressure cooking gadget.
We share a variety of Instant Pot recipes catered to different diets, budgets and needs, as well as roundups of our favourite dishes and ideas from around the web. Our team is based in the UK and the U.S. but we hope that our readers come from many different countries. Read a little bit more about us below.

Ann is our main writer, social media and community manager. She enjoys art, music, travel, and doing volunteer work in her local community. Trying new and different foods on her travels is exciting for her to learn about the culture and people. Ann is based in New York.
Irena is one of our key recipe developers and is the original founder of the Instant Pot Eats website. She is an internationally published cookbook author who specialises in healthy, gluten-free, paleo, low-carb, and real food cooking. She loves the occasional quinoa and rice dishes, too. Irena is based in the UK.
Alex is our contributing writer. She owns not one but TWO Instant Pots and has been a fan of pressure cooking for a long time. Alex loves batch cooking and meal prepping and she is based in Lake Tahoe, California.
