WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THIS COOKBOOK
We love that the recipes are truly authentic! So many dishes that you won’t find at your local Indian curry restaurant. These recipes are from the heart of the kitchen pass from the homeland.
Vasanti is an educator and talks you through the dishes in detail as a mentor. Each recipe has an authentic Indian name paired with a description of what it entails.
We enjoyed the Relish section and Pantry section of the book because it was extremely helpful to understand the foundations of Indian spices.
