What we love about this cookbook

So many Instant Pot cookbooks and recipes boast about how fast it is to cook a meal. But what really takes time cooking any meal is the prep time. You can cook on the stove or in the oven or in a pressure cooker in a relatively short amount of time depending on the dish. What actually takes up valuable time is preparing these elaborate dishes with so many stages and methods. The key is keeping things simple. Sounds easy enough. But here is a book that collects those eas and fast recipes that have short prep times. So you can be out of the kitchen quickly and with your family.

Who is this book for?

This book is for anyone with who has just 15 minutes or less. Because that is all you need to make a fun, tasty and easy meal. Just because a meal is quick doesn’t mean it has to lack flavor or originality. Mealtime can feel hectic, but it is supposed to be a time to nourish your body and recharge after a long day or long week. This book basically takes care of you with satisfying comfort meals that are fun. You can accomplish a lot in just 15 minutes.
