- Secure the lid firmly. Press the Quick Release button down until it clicks into Venting position. On Duo Classic, turn the steam release handle to Venting position.
- Turn on the Instant Pot and press the YOGURT button. Press it again to cycle to Less mode (which will give you lower heat).
It will take less than 30 minutes to double the dough size. At this point, take the dough out of the Instant Pot. It should be a little sticky and bubbly-looking, then knead if a recipe calls for it. Continue on with the rest of your recipe and bake in the oven.
