3boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs or 600 grams)
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 6 thinner pieces for more even cooking.
In a bowl, drizzle the chicken with olive oil, then rub with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).
Cook for 15, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before shredding with two forks or a hand mixer.
