Notes
Storage: Store leftover gnocchi in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them back into the air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 375°F to regain their crispiness. Avoid microwaving, as it can make them soggy.Which gnocchi to use: shelf-stable, pantry gnocchi is best for this recipe but fresh, refrigerated kind is also great but will need slightly shorter cooking time, about 10 minutes.
