Ingredients
1½lbschicken breast,cut into chunks
2tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
1bell pepper,bite sized, any color
Wooden skewers
For the BBQ Glaze:
½cupBBQ sauce
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoonsoy sauce
For Serving:
Chopped parsley(optional)
Instructions
Add the chicken chunks to a bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until fully coated.
Thread the chicken and bell pepper pieces tightly onto wooden skewers.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange skewers in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Stir together BBQ sauce, honey, and soy sauce until smooth.
Brush the skewers generously with glaze. Return to the air fryer for 2 minutes, so the sauce caramelizes.
Brush with extra sauce if you love them extra sticky. Sprinkle parsley if you like a fresh finish.
