You WILL NEED

Onion  Garlic  Sun-dried Tomatoes  Orzo Pasta  Chicken Broth Heavy Cream  Parmesan Fresh Basil

Saute ONIONS

Sauté diced onions until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add Ingredients

Then add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and stir for about 30 seconds.

ADD ORZO

Add the orzo pasta and stir to combine.

ADD BROTH

Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and give everything a good stir.

PRESSURE COOK

Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 3 minutes. Once the timer goes off, use the quick release to release all pressure.

ADD CREAM

Open the lid. Stir in the heavy cream.

ADD CHEESE

Add grated Parmesan cheese until everything is combined and the cheese has melted.
