What we love about this cookbook

We love that it is written very clearly, giving you exactly what you need to know, from an empathetic writer who had her own battles with food and illness. Nutrition is obviously important is getting and maintaining good health but having an easy method to keep up the routine is where it takes some guidance and discipline. So this books gives you some ideas.

Eating fruits and veggies may be the first thing you think of to get on track. Clean eating may feel like it’s a raw vegetable diet but these recipes are full flavored. You need to love what you are eating if you are making batches of it to eat throughout the week. You also need the base of the meal to be versatile so you can make some tweaks and alteration to keep meals interesting and varied. These recipes can give you some motivation to get started.

Who is this book for?

This book is for those who honestly want to eat better and make wise choices in their food habits. One of the causes of eating unhealthy food is time. We tend to grab food outside when we are on the go because it’s fast, easy and cheap. Most of the time, it is not healthy. Or we may skip meals because it’s hard to find foods when you have dietary restrictions, which is also not healthy.

The meals in this book are meant to be made ahead and thus becoming your grab and go meal. It will take a little planning but worth the few minutes it takes to feel better about what you are putting into your body.
