First of all, thank you for stopping by. If you're new to the site, here is a little bit about who we are and what we do.
Instant Pot Eats is a cooking and recipe blog created by a seasoned food blogger and cookbook author, Irena Macri in 2016. Since then, it has become a collaboration project between food writers, recipe developers and pressure cooking experts, bringing together all things Instant Pot.
We share a variety of Instant Pot recipes catered to different diets, budgets and needs, as well as roundups of our favourite dishes and ideas from around the web. You can find our Instant Pot 101 series here, which are useful for anyone mastering their new pressure cooker.
As well as pressure cooking recipes, we love to share our favorite stovetop and oven dishes, especially one-pot meals, casseroles, sheet pan dinners and other comforting dinners.
Our team is based in the US, Canada and Australia but we hope that our readers come from many different countries.
You can contact us at team@instantpoteats.com and you can follow us on Instagram here, Facebook here, and Pinterest here. We also have a lively community group on Facebook where you can interact with us and other Instant Pot users.
